Strummerfest 2012 was thrilled to include artwork by three superb talents as part of its memorial tribute to Joe Strummer in the 10th year following his untimely death.

• Karen Darling offered up a superb rendition of the iconic London Calling album cover,

• Mark Essner mounted his original photograph of a Joe Strummer telecaster in a train yard on plexiglass and wood; and

• Justin Mark provided an extraordinary pencil sketch of Strummer with his Mohawk haircut. 

Each piece was sold at the 2012 after-party, with net proceeds going to Strummerfest's supported charities.
